How about profiling all faculty members however insignificant one may be.

It would be a form of recognition as well as a method for students to access the informantion about each faculty member.

I'd be interested to hear some ideas on the best venues for this type of spotlight (emails? newsletters? news stories?)-and in addition to some creative ways to select the profiles to spotlight (random? or a systematic way to select?)
