I had a faculty who came to the library and looked for expert researchers at UCSF on a specific topic. I used UCSF Profiles, within a second, I got a list of experts on the given topic. He was very impressed. This is an invaluable expertise mining tool and should be widely promoted on campus. Submitted by Min-Lin Fang
