Graduate Program in Biomedical and Medical Informatics

The Bioinformatics pathway provides multidisciplinary graduate study in biological composition, structure, function and evolution at the molecular and systems levels.

Clinical Informatics Fellowship (CIF)

Two year program for eligible fellows who have successfully completed any ACGME ABMS residency. The program will provide exposure to:

  • UCSF's new initiatives in precision medicine and deep learning through the Institute of Computational Health Science (ICHS) including the UC-wide data warehouse
  • Digital innovation through the Center for Digital Health Innovation (CDHI) for driving positive health outcomes through the use of sensors, apps, and analytics
  • Patient Centered Outcomes Research (PCORI)
